Mr. Kong Xianming, born in October 1956, graduated from Shanghai Security College and obtained his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University. He also serves as a part-time professor of East China University of Political Science and Law, a visiting professor of People’s Public Security University of China, a visiting professor of Hubei University of Police, a visiting professor of Law School of Dalian Maritime University, an executive director of China Security Association, specially invited security expert of Committee on Study Abroad Services, China Education Association for International Exchange, and an expert of criminology and criminal investigation.

Mr. Kong worked as the first Police Liaison Officer and First Secretary of the Chinese Ministry of public security in the United States, had four years of work experience in the Chinese Embassy in the United States, and directed the security work for the Chinese sports delegation during the Salt Lake City 2002 Winter Games Olympics.

Mr. Kong also assumed the posts of Assistant Director of Shanghai Shipping Public Security Bureau, Deputy Director of Changning District Bureau of Shanghai Public Security Bureau, Deputy Director of Criminal Investigation Department of Shanghai Public Security Bureau, Deputy Director of Shanghai Public Security Bureau, Deputy Director of Shanghai Ban Drugs Commission, Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, and Full-time Deputy Director of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. Since August 2008, he has been serving as Director and President of ZBHA Group Co., Ltd.
